All the work is done for the show and only the installation remains! Hurray!
The opening is Nov. 7th 2 to 4. I hope you can make it.
There is nothing as important for artists than to see a sea of familiar faces at an art opening. It's not about sales, as much support. I sometimes find it hard to make it to artists' openings, but I always try. I appreciate very much that people make it to mine.
There's also the Holiday Open House, here at my studio/apt., with my daughter, Jeanette, and her niece, Tanya. We will have very affordable gifts, jewelry and other neat things for sale.
This show is Nov. 13 from 11 to 7 and Nov. 14 1 to 6 at $ Patriot Lane Apt. 34, in Georgetown. The directions are on my website: www.fiberarte.com.

New Show, New Title
My show in November in Marblehead, has undergone a title change.... which very well might be a working title, but one hopes this is the final draft!
Thinking Inside the Box has now become Inside and Outside the Box. This allows more freedom for me to show silk pieces without constraints. My boxes are both 'hand-made' and found, and the artwork runs the gamut from Shrines dedicated to family members and other subjects, to Joseph Cornell inspired wooden boxes.
About my intent to post a new work every day..... well, you can see how well that went! Between health issues (mine and others) and preparing for the show, not to mention Life, I haven't posted anything new in a while. But stand by. I will soon post 7 new pieces, not from the exhibit.... you have to have something to look forward to in Nov..... but old and new work. Maybe even my new jewelry.
